Action - Accept and file.
Request for block party on Adrian Boulevard from Endl Boulevard to Purk Lane on Saturday, August 2, 2008 (rain date: August 3, 2008).
Action - Reject-Approve request.
6. Resolutions and Ordinances
a. Resolution combining Wards for September 9, 2008 Partisan Primary Election.
Action - Reject-Approve and adopt Resolution.
7. Reports of Officers, Boards and Committees
a. Minutes of Historical Society Board meeting held May 15, 2008. Action - Accept and file.
b. Minutes of Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee meeting held June 16, 2008. Action - Accept and file.
c. Minutes of Water Tower Committee meeting held June 25, 2008. Action - Accept and file.
8. Unfinished Business
a. Review and approve Contract extension with CB Richard Ellis to market and sell all land in the Robert Klement Business Park.
Action - Reject-Approve extension.

a. Update on costs, cleanup process, etc. associated with recent flooding. Action - Accept and file/appropriate funds.

a. Special beer license for Chamber of Commerce's Carnival Days Brat Stand from July 25-26, 2008. Action - Reject-Approve License.
b. Special beer and wine license for Rhythm on the River on August 23, 2008.
Action - Reject-Approve License.
c. Granting operator licenses.
Action - Reject-Approve Licenses.

Action - Motion to approve list of verified claims presented by the Director of Finance and to authorize payment.
