    c.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to restrict the first parking stalls east and west of Mechanic Street on the south side of West Sherman Avenue to compact cars only, and to restrict parking on the east side of Mechanic Street south of West Sherman Avenue, an additional five-feet south, and Ordinance.

    Action - Reject-Approve; A-Move to second and third readings; B-Move to adopt Ordinance.

    d.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to change "bus parking okay" to "no parking except for drop-off and pick-up" of students on the east side of Grove Street, and to eliminate the "no parking" on the west side of Grove Street (Luther School area), and Ordinance.

    Action - Reject-Approve; A-Move to second and third readings; B-Move to adopt Ordinance.

    e.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to eliminate the parking restriction on the south side of Harriette Street adjacent to Barrie School, and Ordinance.

    f.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to restrict parking on the south side of Hillcrest Drive from Monroe Street to Robert Street from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days, and Ordinance.

    g.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to eliminate the "no parking during school activities" on the west side of East Street, from South Fourth Street to Craig Street, and Ordinance.

    h.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to change yield sign to a stop sign on Hickory Street at Monroe Street.
