    a.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to paint 10-foot wide parking stalls on both sides of Robert Street from Riverside Drive to Madison Avenue, but to allow right turn areas at side street intersections and two traffic lanes at Madison Avenue and Riverside Drive.

    Action - Reject-Approve recommendation.

    b.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to restrict parking on the west side of Nelson Street from Madison Avenue north approximately 55-feet, and allowing one parking stall south of existing driveway, and Ordinance.

    Action - Reject-Approve recommendation; A-Move Ordinance to second and third readings; B-Move to adopt Ordinance.

    c.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to make Linden Street/ Washington Street intersection a four-way stop.

    Action - Reject-Approve recommendation.

    d.  Recommendation from Traffic Review Committee to change yield sign to stop sign on Van Buren Street at Wilson Avenue.

    Action - Reject-Approve recommendation.

    a.  Review and approve bids for purchase of two Police Department squad cars as budgeted.

    b.  Request by Police Chief to implement court fee to offset testing costs for drug-related cases, from $28.00 to $29.00.
