The Planning Commission and City Council will meet on TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

1.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot and one (1) outlot east of W5527 Hwy. 106 (Extra-Territorial).

2.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot with road right-of-way on Reena Avenue (south of Taco Bell/KFC).

3.  Review and approve request to approve rezoning of property on Janesville Avenue (across from Klement Business Park) from C-3, General Business, to R-3, Multi-Family Residential.

A copy of the December 8, 2009 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
