The Planning Commission and City Council will meet on TUESDAY, JANUARY 26, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

1.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) parcel at N1547 Business Hwy. 26 (across from Central Coast Restaurant) (extra- territorial).

2.  Review and approve request for electronic message board sign at Goyer Ace Hardware, 10 Madison Avenue.

3.  Review and approve conditional use permit for pole building garage at 902 Caswell Street.

A copy of the January 12, 2010 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above item are enclosed herewith.
