The Planning Commission will meet on TUESDAY, March 27, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:
 
1.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating two (2) lots on Highland Avenue at Endl Boulevard.
 
2.  Review and approve Preliminary Subdivision Plat of Lange Meadows, creating twelve (12) lots on Endl Boulevard and Radloff Street.
 
3.  Review and approve sign plan for The Nest, 96 South Main Street, and The Velvet Lips Lounge, 10 South Water Street West.

A copy of the Feb. 13, 2007 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
