The Planning Commission will meet on TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

1.  Review and approve revised Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot on Hoard Road (extra-territorial).

2.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot at Southside Shell, 1680 Janesville Avenue.

3.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot on Curtis Mill Road, east of N2695 (extra-territorial).

4.  Review and approve request for a reduction in required number of parking spaces at Spruce Lane Adult Family Home, 1122 Greene Street.

5.  Review and approve "CBRF Identification of Hazards Request" for 216 West Blackhawk Drive.

6.  Review and approve revisions to Floodplain Ordinance and maps.

A copy of the March 10, 2009 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
