The Planning Commission will meet on TUESDAY, APRIL 27, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

1.  Review and approve request for conditional use permit for an Adult Family Home at 1103 Peterson Street (tabled at April 13, 2010 meeting).

2.  Review and approve site plan for new building at Blodgett's Garden Center, 1222 Janesville Avenue.

3.  Review and approve site plan for Glacier Trails Apartments, west of Klement Business Park on Janesville Avenue.

4.  Review and approve site plan for parking lot and detention pond at Opportunities, Inc., 200 East Cramer Street.

A copy of the April 13, 2010 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
