The Planning Commission will meet on TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:
 
1.  Review and approve site plan for KFC/Taco Bell development at the southwest corner of Madison Avenue and Reena Avenue.

2.  Review and approve request by Fort Health Care to annex 7.276 acres and set ward and zoning.

3.  Review and approve site plan and conditional use permit for parking lot in annexed area of Item #2.

A copy of the April 8, 2008 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
