The Planning Commission will meet on TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

1.  Review and approve request by Abilities, Inc., to annex 1.92 acres at North Main Street and West Blackhawk Drive, and set ward and zoning designations.

2.  Review and approve request by City of Fort Atkinson to annex 0.300 acres at East Sherman Avenue and North Fourth Street, and set ward and zoning designations.

3.  Review and approve request by City of Fort Atkinson to annex 2.530 acres of Madison Avenue (U.S.H. 12) right-of-way, and set ward and zoning designations.

A copy of the April 14, 2009 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
