The Planning Commission will meet on JULY 13, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

1.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot on Regelein Lane (extra-territorial).

2.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot on Schwemmer Lane (extra-territorial).

3.  Review and approve request to install 4-foot by 8-foot electronic message board sign at Jansen's Banquet, LLC, 1245 Whitewater Avenue.

4.  Review and approve site plan for Plant #2 construction at Opportunities, Inc., 200 East Cramer Street.

5.  Review and approve site plan for medical clinic at northeast corner of Robert Street and West Milwaukee Avenue.

A copy of the June 22, 2010 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith. Please contact me if you cannot attend this meeting.
