The Planning Commission and City Council will meet on TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

1.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating a five (5) acre farm consolidation lot at N2348 Kutz Road (Extra-Territorial).

2.  Review and approve request for one (1) electronic message sign and two (2) directional signs at the Fireside Dinner Theater, 1131 Janesville Avenue.

3.  Work session with Planning Commission and City Council on T.I.D. #8 Project Plan.

A copy of the June 23, 2009 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
