The Planning Commission will meet on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:
 
1.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating two (2) lots and one (1) outlot on McMillen Street for Fort Health Care.

2.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot on Hoard Road (extra-territorial).

A copy of the August 12, 2008 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
