The Planning Commission and City Council will meet on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

1.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot on Edgewater Road (Extra-Territorial).

2.  Review and approve Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating a 6.2 acre parcel around the Goodwill/former Piggly Wiggly site on Madison Avenue.

3.  Review and approve amendment to Zoning Code for zero (0) lot line designations.

A copy of the August 25, 2009 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
