SUBJECT: Meeting Date

The Planning Commission will meet on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:

  1. Review and approve revised Preliminary Certified Survey Map creating one (1) lot on Hackbarth Road (adjacent to Water Tower).
  2. Review and approve site plan for Hoard Museum expansion.
  3. Review and approve request to rezone Hoard Museum property at 407 Merchants Avenue from R-2 (two-family residential) to C-2 (central business).
  4. Review and approve site plan for Jones Dairy Farm building addition.
  5. Review and approve request by Jones Dairy Farm to annex 3.716 acres and set zoning and ward designations.
A copy of the November 14, 2006 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
