The Planning Commission will meet on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The agenda will be:
 
1. Review and approve request to rezone 213-215 West Sherman Avenue from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to R-2 (Two-Family Residential).
 
2. Request to place signage on two sides of building for Timber Creek Pizza Co. at 213 Washington Street.

A copy of the November 28, 2006 minutes as well as the pertinent information for the above items are enclosed herewith.
