Jefferson County Clean Sweep--Household Hazardous Waste

  • Friday, April 5 (3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.) and Saturday, April 6 (8 a.m. – 11 a.m.) at the Parks Maintenance Facility, 1555 South Industrial Drive, Jefferson. Call 920-674-7430 to register
  • Friday, September 13 (3 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.) and Saturday, September 14 (8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) at the City of Watertown Street Department, 811 S. First St, Watertown. Call 920-674-7430 to register.

Latex paint will not be accepted at any Clean Sweep event.  Proper disposal method is listed below, as well as a list of accepted items at Clean Sweep events. Tire Recycling is available at both Clean Sweep Events. Fees apply.

Electronics and Appliances Recycling--No hazardous waste accepted

  • Saturday, April 20 (8 am – 11 am) at Jefferson County Fair Park, 503 Jackson Ave. Jefferson (Enter at Gate 5 from Spangler Road on the North Side of the Fairgrounds). Fees may apply for TVs and some appliances.  Call 920-674-7430 for pricing. 
  • Saturday, June 8 (8 am - 11 am) at the Lake Mills Light & Water Department, 155 Industrial Drive, Lake Mills
  • Saturday, August 17 (8 am – 11 am) at Jefferson County Fair Park, 503 Jackson Ave. Jefferson (Enter at Gate 5 from Spangler Road on the North Side of the Fairgrounds). Fees may apply for TVs and some appliances.  Call 920-674-7430 for pricing.
