Sec. 94-501. (a) No owner or operator of any vehicle shall park upon any public street or alley at any time during a snow emergency. Any time after two (2) inches or greater of snow is anticipated during any 24-hour period, a snow emergency shall be into effect. The director of public works or is/her designee may also declare a snow emergency by providing notice to the public via the newspaper and/or radio and/or cable television.
