STREET LIGHTS OUT: The City has been receiving numerous calls from City residents regarding problems with street lights. The only street lights that the City maintains are the ones in the immediate downtown area, all of Madison Avenue, City Parks, and the Business/Industrial Parks. All other street lights are maintained by WeEnergies.

If there is a street light problem in an area other than those listed above, residents should contact WeEnergies at 1-800-242-9137.

When calling to report a problem with a street light, WeEnergies would appreciate it if you would either have a pole number from the tag on the pole, or a street address where the pole is located. They may also ask for the nearest cross street to the pole location.
