1.  CALL MEETING TO ORDER
 
Cm. Zastrow moved, seconded by Cm. Tesmer, to move into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes to discuss land acquisition. The motion carried on a voice vote. The meeting began at 8:15 p.m.

2.  ROLL CALL
 
On call of the roll, members present were:

John Mielke
Jim Simdon
Steve Tesmer
Mark Zastrow

LaVerne Behrens was excused do to a conflict of interest.

Also present were the City Manager, City Engineer, City Attorney and City Clerk/Treasurer.

3.  LAND ACQUISITION
Discussion was held regarding potential land acquisition to be used for a water booster station. No action was taken.

4.  ADJOURNMENT
Cm. Zastrow, seconded by Cm. Mielke, moved to adjourn the February 6, 2007 Closed Session City of Fort Atkinson Council meeting at 9:10 p.m. The motion carried on a voice vote.
